DOCTORAL SCHOOL IN LINGUISTICS
Csenge Aradi is a senior assistant professor at the Department of English Language Teacher Education and Applied Linguistics, at the Institute of English and American Studies (IEAS-ELTEAL). She obtained a PhD in French Literatures and Cultures in 2018 and another one in English Applied Linguistics in 2024. Her principal field of academic interest is cognitive-cultural linguistics, with her research focusing on metaphor, foundational schemas, and cultural models in English- and French-speaking cultures. She also regularly publishes in cognitive narratology.
