Zoltán Vecsey is currently a member of the MTA-DE-SZTE Research Group for Theoretical Linguistics. In 2000 he defended his PhD thesis on the types of linguistic reflexivity. His courses concentrate on the issues of meaning. His papers were published in journals such as Language and Dialogue, SATS, and Pragmatics. His research interests include the problems of singular reference and the varieties of linguistic representation.
